Greetings to the 35th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU).
December 14, 2015
COMRADE S. A. ALEKSANDROV
First Secretary of the Central Committee
COMMUNIST PARTY OF THE SOVIET UNION (CPSU)
Dear comrade :
Through you, the Partido Komunista ng Pilipinas (PKP-1930, the Philippine Communist Party) sends warmest fraternal greetings to the 35TH Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) which will be held in Moscow on December 19, 2015.
We commend your party’s aim of restoring Soviet power as the organized form of working class dictatorship, for returning society to the road of socialist development leading to communism. For our part, we are carrying on in our neo-colonial country the Marxist-Leninist struggle for national freedom from imperialism, and for the social liberation of the working people.
We share your conviction that the deepening crisis of capitalism and the increasing aggressiveness of imperialism demand closer cooperation and unity of all communist parties that are rooted on Marxism-Leninism. Such cooperation and unity is even more essential in the common goal of again gaining state power in the vast multinational land that the great V.I. Lenin united, but which land the special agents of imperialism (who wormed their way to the top leadership of the former CPSU more than two decades ago) have divided, wrecked and ravaged.
In the spirit of proletarian internationalism, we address your 35TH Congress with an appeal, not only to the CPSU, but to all Marxist-Leninist parties in the great multinational land of Lenin, to spare no effort towards cooperation and the forging of unity --- in order to ensure success for your common aim of restoring Soviet power, and to help ensure success for our common international struggle against imperialism and for socialism.
With communist greetings,
ANTONIO E. PARIS
General Secretary, PKP-1930
